The Oklahoma Secretary of Energy, the Oklahoma Secretary of Environment and the Oklahoma Secretary of Commerce invite you to participate in REVOLUTION: The 2009 Oklahoma Wind Energy Conference. This year’s conference will be an exceptional venue for networking among various organizations in the wind industry. REVOLUTION 2009 is expected to have more than 1,500 attendees, with 100-plus vendors on hand to share information about their products and services.

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 and Thursday, December 3, 2009. The conference will provide each exhibitor with a 10’ X 10’ booth, one 6-foot table, two chairs and electricity (when requested). All booth furnishings must be requested through the exhibit decorator. Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program and receive two conference registrations.
Set-Up Date: Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 – 3pm to 7pm
Exhibit Hall Hours: Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009 – 7am to 6:30 pm
Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009 – 7am to 2pm
Exhibitor Fees: Private Company Exhibitor:
$600 for two days and two complimentary registrations, per 10’x10’ booth
State, University, or Non-Profit Organizations Exhibitor:
$300 for two days and two complimentary registrations per 10’X10’ booth
